Convenient location, spacious rooms, and a lovely pool area made our stay at Eurasia unforgettable! The free shuttle service to the Night Market was a great perk. The hotel could use some updates, but overall, I would recommend this place.

Staff were helpfull. The bungalow was clean and spacious. Most importantly it was steadily quiet (away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai) The pool was lovely. Our initial booking was for one week we ended up staying two.
Food was ok not great. Room service though!!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even allowing us to check in early with no extra charge. We loved the beautiful pool, it was a picturesque spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location in a tropical garden, surrounded by lush greenery, added to the overall ambiance of the place.

The staff is so friendly, hotel shuttle was good and location was ok
It is an old hotel but its clean, the oldness can be felt everywhere, we took a cottage but the photo in the website where not what we saw actually; may be it was for the room at time of opening of the hotel or for another room not the one they gave us, we stayed one night and we had to move to another hotel; they offer us upgrade for free but we where already booked another hotel. The bed cover and lining is old and uncomfortable, the toilet was not comfortable although it was clean, the safe-box is very small and the door of the room is very old and we didn’t feel secure, the tv is old. Breakfast is not a buffet but it was good taste.

we undertook many tours, which we arranged prior to arriving at Chaing Mai
We stayed in a bungalow, and I was aware from other visitors reviews that they were in need of renovation. This certainly true, but the surrounding grounds are fine. The hotel is further from the centre than I had realised.

This hotel is located just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, making it perfect for someone who wants to get away from the chaos. the hotel is also conveniently close to some lovely restaurants. the rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area and have magnificent views of the surrounding landscape.
The noise level at breakfast was a bit high.

The friendlyness of the staff. The hotel is located in the old town. To have Internet located in the lobby is very comfotable.
The rooms need some renovation. Which is under way as I understand. The lobby is already renovated and looks good.

The breakfast was good although inconsistent in quality, quantity and choice. As the hotel caters to a primarily Chinese clientele, there are Chinese breakfast choices as well which seem to get priority.
It was advertised as a ten minute walk from the Old City. Nothing can be further from the truth. It is off a busy highway, away from any restaurants, cafes, shopping or anything else and a 150 bath ride from the centre. The staff does not understand English: they say yes to everything but do none of it: one Australian fellow staying in the main building asked repeatedly for his room to be sprayed. They finally gave him a can of bug spray to do it himself: the can turned out to be empty. The place is infested with mosquitoes and you'll find them inside the cottages too. The level of cleanliness in the bathroom was a disaster: spider webs, dead insects, dust and dirt on the walls, the doors. Overall, a poor choice on our part to have believed the earlier favourable reviews.

enjoyed our stay in spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The breakfast and pool added to the relaxation before exploring the city. The shuttle service was convenient for getting around. a lovely 5-night stay and exceeded our expectations.
Noisy aircon spoiled the experience.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with anything we needed. the pool area was clean and pretty, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden areas, which added to the serene atmosphere of the hotel.
The breakfast options were limited, especially for those with a European taste. the communication with the staff was a bit challenging as they didn't speak much English.
